Can I pay to attend just one day of the conference?
There are no single day registrations available for the Practice Owners National Conference. All registration fees are for the full two days of the conference.
Can I bring a guest to the conference?
If your partner or guest would like to attend the conference sessions they will need to register and pay as a delegate to attend the conference.

Continuing Professional Development

Will I receive a certificate of attendance?
All registered delegates will receive a general certificate of attendance after the conference. For Continuing Professional Development notation, CPD participants will be able to download their certificate via the myRACGP portal.
How many CPD points will I earn?
The 2020 Practice Owners National Conference is a CPD accredited activity for 24 points. Visit the RACGP CPD website for more information about your individual CPD requirements.



I’m a speaker, where do I go when I get to the venue?
We ask that speakers sign up at the registration desk upon arrival. You will be directed to the Speakers Support Centre. From here, you will supported by an audio–visual team member to ensure your presentation is ready for your session.
Dietary requirements
Please indicate any dietary requirements via the conference registration form. At the event, the dietary specifications of each food item on general buffets and/or food stations will be listed. For any requirements that are not covered by the selections available for all delegates, there will be a separate station where your meals will be available. The BCEC staff will be on hand to answer any questions.


What is the venue address?
Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC)
Merivale and Glenelg Streets, South Brisbane QLD 4101
Travelling on the Brisbane Air train is an easy and fast direct rail service from the airport to the South Brisbane Railway Station, which is adjacent to the BCEC. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes.
Taxi ranks are located outside the main entrance to the centre on Merivale Street and a taxi drop off is located at the Grey Street entrance.
Car parking
The BCEC has three onsite car parks underground. Car park 1 is the closest to the Merivale Street rooms, which is where the conference will be located.  For further information on costs and operating hours, please visit the BCEC website.

What is the dress code?
Smart casual dinner attire
Can I bring a guest to the dinner?
Yes you can. Guest tickets can be purchased via the delegate registration form at a cost of $115 per ticket.

Conference App

What's in the conference app?
The free conference app will be available approximately two weeks before the conference commences. It will include the conference program and speaker listings, exhibition floor plan and other must-have information while at the conference.
